The Members of the Colusa Groundwater Authority (CGA) have worked hard since the onset of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act to function in a very transparent and inclusive manner.

The Colusa Groundwater Authority and Glenn Groundwater Authority worked with our facilitation and outreach team to develop an Communication and Engagement Plan for the Colusa Subbasin, which was completed in August, 2019. This Plan is a living document that will be updated over time.
