Eleven GSAs, including the Colusa Groundwater Authority, have signed on to the Butte Subbasin Cooperation Agreement which formed the Butte Subbasin Advisory Board. The GSAs have agreed to work together to develop a single Groundwater Sustainability Plan for the Butte Subbasin.
